At Emergy Foods, I had the great opportunity to launch social media for a new account and brand, Meati Foods, and for a never-before-seen, on-its-way-to-save-the-planet, fungi plant-based meat no less!

Social Media Coordinator
In my first agency experience, I was charged with creating posts for several brands in the restaurant category, like Denver Ale House, Cherry Cricket, and Habit Donut Dispensary (pictured here).
The biggest takeaway was how to efficiently organize needed content, and deliver it with a brand voice unique to each account.
It was here that I discovered my favorite tool for high speed, organized social content: the Hubspot Social Media Content Calendar template.

Digital Engagement and Social Media Intern
My first experience in the health and wellness space was this well-structured internship that allowed me to take on responsibility by leading several brands' social media and digital strategies, as well as collaborate within a team of 4-5 interns.
I assisted in the planning and execution of photoshoots, writing copy for social posts and websites, and creating and presenting monthly social media content calendars that utilized calls to action and best practices, while incorporating brand messaging.
Additionally, I and the intern team reviewed the performance of our social accounts and presented it to the brand teams monthly.

Digital Engagement and Social Media Intern
My first internship began with the CU Boulder online catalog, completing an annual task that involved applying edits collected from colleges around the University to their respective pages in HTML.
When this task finished, I was able to transfer to the social media team and helped manage Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Snapchat content. This included daily community engagement with the CU Boulder community online, as well as bringing live campus events to students via our Snapchat story.
